Here is a complete listing of required signs and posters that Ohio employers must display within easy access of their employees. Please review this list to make sure that you are in compliance with these requirements. If you need a sign or poster, contact the government agency listed.

Annual Summary, OSHA Form 300
Posting requirement: Must be posted from February 1 to April 30 each year, unless exempt from keeping OSHA 300 Log. Exempt employers include those with 10 or fewer employees, and those with exempt (low hazard) SIC codes.

Federal Fair Labor Standards Act

 Posting requirement: Must be posted permanently. Required if gross income exceeds $500,000/year and/or the company is engaged in interstate commerce or in the manufacturing of goods for commerce (note: this covers most employers, including those sending or receiving mail out of state or sending or receiving phone calls out of state).

Ohio Minimum Wage Law
Posting requirement: Must be posted permanently.

Ohio Minor Labor Laws
Posting requirement: Must be posted permanently. Only required if company has employees under age 18 who have not yet graduated from high school or earned a GED or the equivalent.
Ohio Workers' Compensation Fund
Posting requirement: Must post "Certificate of Premium Paid." This is the certificate furnished by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation to employer upon payment of premium or upon approval of self-insured status. The Bureau recommends posting a copy and keeping the original in a safe place.
