     Sponsored by the Ohio-Michigan Equipment Dealers Association, Power Show Ohio is one of the largest indoor equipment industry exhibitions in the country.  The show features displays of agricultural equipment, construction equipment, and outdoor power equipment.  For thirty years, Power Show Ohio has attracted tens of thousands of bona-fide visitors and over 250 exhibitors each year to the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus.  The show staff works diligently in providing a premiere equipment show that benefits exhibitors and visitors alike.      The Ohio Expo Center is easily reached from Interstate 71 and the wide aisles in the exhibit buildings allow drive-in access to all the booths.  The four buildings encompass over 300,000 square feet and are connected with tented walkways to assist with the attendee traffic flow.

     Power Show Ohio is held at a time when equipment buyers have time to consider their equipment purchases.  The weekday/weekend combination allows everyone an opportunity to attend.

     Equipment manufacturers and wholesale distributors of agricultural equipment, construction equipment, and outdoor power equipment don't want to miss this opportunity to have your products seen by customers from across Ohio and all surrounding states.
 

Eligibility Requirements
Companies that are manufacturers, distributors, or manufacturer representatives of agricultural, construction, and/or outdoor power equipment whose primary means of retailing is through equipment dealers are eligible to exhibit.

Sales Policy
Sales of approved products are permitted as governed by rules and regulations outlined on the Direct Sales Permit.  This ensures a professional atmosphere and encourages participation of exhibitors with quality products and services.

Payment Schedule
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total fee is due with your application.  Applications received without payment will be returned.  Payment in full when mailing in your application is appreciated.  Full payment is due November 20, 2003.  Booth fees cannot be refunded after this date.
Dates & Times

Sept. 15 - Last year's exhibitors will have the space they occupied in 2003 held until this date.  Afterwards, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Oct. 20 - Contracts and Exhibitor Manuals will be sent Priority Mail.

Nov. 20 - Full Payment is due.

Booth Rental Fees
Included with your exhibit space rental fee will be your space for the run of the show, side and back drapery, as shown on the floor plan, a 7" x 44" sign identifying your company name, city and state, and a prorated number of free parking coupons.  Electrical service should be ordered on your space application at the charges indicated.

When referring to the layout, a 20' x 40' space is two side-by-side 20' x 20' spaces, a 20' x 30' space is one 20' x 20' and two back-to-back 10' x 10' spaces, and a 10' x 20' space is two side-by-side 10' x 10' spaces.

Convenient Location

The show is held at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus, which is the site for the Ohio State Fair.  The center is immediately adjacent to I-71 at the 17th Avenue exit, providing easy access for exhibitors and attendees.
