Indiana Occupational Safety and Health

The mission of the Indiana Department of Labor is to advance the safety, health, and prosperity of Hoosiers in the workplace. In order to make significant strides, we emphasize both enforcement and voluntary compliance for employers. Our office administers the IOSHA program, state wage and hour and child labor laws, as well as underground coal mine safety. We also have many free training and educational resources available to the public through our INSafe division.

Kentucky Occupational Safety and Health

The OSH Division of Education and Training assists employers and employees by promoting voluntary compliance with the OSH standards. This cost-free assistance consists of education, technical training, consultation, publications, and information on injury/illness recordkeeping requirements. The Division of Education and Training is also responsible for overseeing the Partnership Programs as well as conducting the Annual Survey of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses, the Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries, and the OSHA Data Collection.

Michigan Occupational Safety and Health

The mission of the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) is to help assure the safety and health of Michigan workers. As part of its mission, it provides credible, customized and responsive consultation, education and training, and relevant, fact-based standards promulgation.

Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation

The BWC provides resource materials such as brochures, fact sheets, work-site posters and manuals to help you become more familiar with Ohio’s workers’ compensation system. You can order these materials from the forms and publications department, and some are available online. In addition, the BWC offers OSHA on-site consultation, sample OSHA program guides, regional training centers, on-hour safety presentations, web-based training, library services, and video library. All the services offered by the BWC are already included in your Ohio workers' comp premiums.

CompManagement Risk Services

AMG has endorsed CompManagement Risk Services, a Sedgwick Company, to provide OSHA Compliance and Workplace Safety training and information for members. You are encouraged to contact them with your safety questions and/or concerns.
